Air Conditioning

I am so happy to have an air conditioning system by Fred Cold Inc installed. I gathered some bids from several companies. But when it came down to returning calls, that's where Fred excelled in always returning my calls or text messages quickly. His pricing was the most competitive, too. He and his team were diligent and answered my questions on site. They helped in cleaning up afterwards, too. Lastly, my mother is now enjoying cool air inside without having to sit outside in the garage to catch the trade winds.

I was freaking out my bathroom was flooding and I didn’t have a clue why. Turns out a pipe that comes from the AC that’s supposed to go to the sewer line had busted. The customer service rep at Fred Cold Inc was so polite and she sent someone over right away. Rafik fixed the problem right away, took him an hour. I am so grateful to have found Fred Cold Inc.

Fred Cold Inc on one of the hottest days, I thought I wasn’t going to be able to get anyone out to my house because I had already called 7 others and no one could make it out for a couple of days just to give me a quote. I needed my Air fixed ASAP!!! Fred showed up right on time, even with a 20 minutes heads-up call. He laid down sheeting wherever he walked in my house and left not a trace of his presence. Fred's professionalism is a 10 his knowledge is top notch. He told me what my problem was and how much it would cost me. I agreed to the cost and he got straight to work and got the job done.

Fred Cold Inc has prompt service, they are knowledgeable and honest, I highly recommended. Fred diagnosed the 3 problems within minutes, I knew I was in good hands I had other companies come in and give me a huge quote and would say they wouldn’t be able to finish the job the same day. Fred did a thorough job and saved me money. Fred is not only professional but also the most friendly contractor I have ever worked with.

We noticed at night our AC was blowing air that was room temperature. I got four estimates from different companies, including Fred Cold Inc and they were the lowest and the only ones that would come out same day. My problem was minor and Fred let me know before he started working. He didn’t try to scam me he actually charged me less than what they had initially quoted me. I was very pleased with his professionalism I will definitely hire them again.
